Travel Droppings is a site made by a few people who love to travel, drink beer and laugh at stuff. We also keep up with like minded travelers and their sites or blogs as they do the same. While most other travel sites have a links section which consists mainly of reciprocal links to help popularize them with search engines, we have decided to have a section dedicated solely to travel blogs and sites which we actually enjoy.
These sites have personality and flavor that we relate to. They seem to be pretty cool, and we think they are worth a check if you have some time to kill in the internet cafe or at the airport.
And keep in mind, this is a working page that is updated as time goes by. To keep this page on point, we add and remove sites as we find them relevant or interesting. Enjoy!

"Johnny Vagabond" bring us a little closer to reality at the Guerrilla Traveler Blog. He's a piano playing traveler, playing his way around the world. He also does paintings and has a somewhat cynical sense of humor. Check out his paintings or hear his music at the website.
I think if you are also happening to cross travel paths, it might not hurt to support as fellow vagabond and see him play. This of course begs the question, "Johnny, when are your tour dates?" Check out the Guerrilla Traveler.
Finding out that the writer from the Freedonia Post is from the Midwest, I felt it was worth a read. I mean really, I would say we put out a very good breed of people. Polite, funny, good looking and well fed, and the Freedonia Post was a midwest paisano who certainly fits the funny category. His site is so inspiring I even constructed this poem.
Freedonia Post brings a clever wit to the travel blogosphere, with fresh stories and a bloody cheek.
As he crosses Europe on a bike, the Freedonia Post is certainly worth a peek.
